Twins' Chris Paddack: Lands on injured list
The Twins placed Paddack on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with right forearm fatigue.
The right-hander labored in his past two outings with eight runs allowed across six innings, and he's given up at least four runs in five of his past six starts. Paddack will be sidelined for at least the next couple weeks but is without a clear timeline for return. Ronny Henriquez was recalled in a corresponding move to provide some bullpen depth for Minnesota.

Twins' Chris Paddack: Can't complete five innings
Paddack allowed three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three over 4.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Athletics on Friday.
Paddack again struggled against Oakland, though his last start was worse as he allowed five runs in 2.1 innings. The right-hander has a poor 5.29 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 70:18 K:BB over 78.1 innings through 15 starts this season. He's projected to make his next start on the road in Arizona, though he hasn't pitched well enough to be a reliable fantasy option.

Twins' Chris Paddack: Struggles in nightcap
Paddack allowed five runs on five hits and a walk while failing to strike out a batter over 2.1 innings, taking a no-decision in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader versus the Athletics.
Paddack had his shortest outing of the year after twice allowing the Athletics to counter the Twins' early offense. Over his last seven outings, Paddack has allowed four or more runs four times, but he's limited opponents to two runs or less in the other three starts in that span. He's at a 5.25 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 67:15 K:BB through 73.2 innings over 14 starts this year, so inconsistency is just part of the deal for the right-hander. Twins' Chris Paddack: Cruises to fifth win
Paddack (5-3) earned the win Monday against the Rockies, yielding six hits and no walks over 6.1 scoreless innings. He struck out six.
After struggling with a 6.51 ERA over his last five starts, Paddack cashed in on the opportunity to pitch against Colorado, firing his first scoreless appearance since May 3. The Twins right-hander generated 13 whiffs to collect his six punchouts, reaching that mark for the sixth time this season. Overall, Paddack now sports a 4.79 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 67:14 K:BB over 71.1 innings. The 28-year-old is slated to face Oakland at home this weekend in his next start.
