Josi notched an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.
Josi missed Thursday's game versus the Mammoth due to an upper-body injury, but he's been back for the last two contests. He has a goal and six assists over his last six outings. Despite his strong play down the stretch, the Predators fell short of a playoff spot. Josi has 13 goals, 55 points, 181 shots on net and 101 blocked shots over 68 contests this season. It's possible the defenseman will be invited to the IIHF World Championship, which is being hosted by his native Switzerland in May.

Predators' Ryan Ufko: Bags two helpers Monday
Ufko distributed two assists and recorded two shots on net in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.
Ufko played a hand in both of Luke Evangelista's goals late in the third period, including the primary helper on his goal with just over a minute remaining. The pair of apples raised Ufko up to seven assists, nine points, 11 shots on net, 10 hits and 12 blocked shots across 17 games this season. The 22-year-old blueliner has continued to impress in his late-season trial with the Predators and has three assists over his last four games. He has a strong chance to make Nashville's roster at the start of the 2026-27 campaign, giving him upside in dynasty-based fantasy leagues.

Predators' Luke Evangelista: Finds twine twice in loss
Evangelista netted two goals on three shots in Monday's 3-2 loss to San Jose.
Evangelista dialed in down the stretch to keep the Predators in contention for Monday's win with two goals in the final five minutes of regulation. With the pair of twine finders, he now has 12 goals, 54 points, 173 shots on net and 21 blocked shots across 80 games this season. The 24-year-old winger has taken a big step forward this season, securing career highs in most major stat categories. He holds increasingly strong value in dynasty-based fantasy leagues and should continue to operate at the heart of Nashville's offense for seasons to come.

Annunen stopped 20 of 22 shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks. San Jose's third goal was scored on an empty net.
Annunen continued his strong stretch of play in Monday's clash despite the loss, as he kept the Predators within one goal for the majority of the contest. Overall, the 26-year-old netminder has a 10-12-2 record, a 2.68 GAA and a .906 save percentage across 28 appearances this season. Over his past seven appearances, he's been elite with a 1.59 GAA and a .948 save percentage. With the Predators officially out of playoff contention, Annunen has a strong chance to appear in the team's season finale against the Ducks on Thursday.

Predators' Aiden Fink: Secures entry-level deal
Fink signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Predators on Monday.
Fink's deal is set to begin right away, with the first year of his deal set to be played during the remainder of AHL Milwaukee's season. Since turning pro, the 21-year-old winger has been on fire with Milwaukee, scoring three goals and dishing out seven assists in just six games. Fink was the 218th overall selection from the 2023 NHL Entry Draft and should continue to see increased chances at the AHL and NHL levels if his hot streak continues into next season.

Predators' Justus Annunen: Set to face Sharks
Annunen was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Alex Daugherty of The Tennessean reports, indicating he will patrol the home crease against San Jose on Monday.
Annunen will make his second straight start after he stopped 21 shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over Minnesota. He has won his last two outings while allowing only one goal on 65 shots. Annunen has a 10-11-2 record this campaign with one shutout, a 2.70 GAA and a .906 save percentage in 27 appearances. San Jose sits 18th in the league with 3.01 goals per game this season.

Reid logged three assists in OHL Kitchener's 8-5 win over Sault Ste. Marie in Game 2 on Sunday.
Reid is up to two goals and five assists over six playoff outings, making this the most productive of his three OHL postseasons. The Nashville prospect had 15 goals and 56 points over 57 regular-season games. Reid has been an all-around leader for Kitchener this season, wearing the captain's C on his jersey while offering steady play on the blue line.

It was Wood's first goal in nine games and 17th overall this season. He sits in a three-way tie with Ben Kindel of the Penguins and Fraser Minten of the Bruins on the rookie sniper list.

Annunen took a shutout into the third when former teammate, Michael McCarron, who was traded to the Wild on March 3, beat him at 6:54. The netminder has been sharp lately, stopping 64 of 65 shots over his last two starts. With this performance, Annunen improved his stat line this season to 10-11-3 with a 2.70 GAA, .907 save percentage and one shutout.

Stamkos scored a goal and added an assist Saturday in a 2-1 win over Minnesota.
The goal was his 40th of the season (63 points). It's the eighth time in his 18 NHL seasons that Stamkos has scored 40 regular-season goals. He is third on the all-time active goal scorer's list (622), and he's the fourth active NHLer to score 40 or more goals with two franchises. The others? Alex DeBrincat (Chicago and Detroit), Jake Guentzel (Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay) and Matthew Tkachuk (Calgary and Florida).
