Murphy picked up three helpers over the last nine games of the regular season. The 33-year-old blueliner totaled 17 points, 70 shots on net, 90 hits, 138 blocked shots, 71 PIM and a minus-2 rating over 80 outings between the Oilers and the Blackhawks in the regular season. He'll fill a shutdown role during Edmonton's playoff run.

Nurse notched an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Nurse has three helpers over seven outings in April. He ends the regular season with 24 points, 164 shots on net, 137 hits, 167 blocked shots, 104 PIM and a minus-12 rating over 82 appearances. Nurse enters the playoffs on a 28-game goal drought, and while he should continue to see top-four minutes, he's coming off his worst regular season since 2016-17.

Hyman logged an assist and three hits in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Hyman missed the previous five games, but he was able to return from an undisclosed injury prior to the playoffs. The winger saw 18:11 of ice time, so he looks good to go in his usual top-six role. He was productive in limited time this regular season with 31 goals, 52 points, 159 shots on net and 56 hits over 58 outings.

Oilers' Evan Bouchard: Trio of assists in win
Bouchard notched three assists, two shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Bouchard officially won the scoring race among NHL defensemen this season with 95 points (21 goals, 74 assists) in all 82 games. That includes a goal and eight helpers over seven outings in April. Outside of scoring, he added 221 shots on net, 101 blocked shots, 30 PIM and a plus-25 rating. Bouchard will be a strong option for fantasy managers in playoff pools as the Oilers look to get to the Stanley Cup Finals for a third straight year.

Oilers' Josh Samanski: Gets goal in win
Samanski scored a goal on one shot, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Samanski took a shot that pinballed in off a Canucks defenseman for the opening goal just 1:58 into the game. The 24-year-old forward has gotten lucky bounces for both of his NHL goals so far. He added two assists, nine shots on net, 27 hits, 14 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 24 appearances in the regular season. If Leon Draisaitl (lower body) or Jason Dickinson (leg) remain out for the start of the playoffs, Samanski should keep his place in the lineup.

Oilers' Calvin Pickard: Recalled on emergency basis
Pickard was called up from AHL Bakersfield on an emergency basis Friday.
Pickard had a tough go of things in the NHL this season, posting a 5-6-2 record with a 3.68 GAA and an .871 save percentage across 16 regular-season appearances. He was 4-3-1 with a 3.26 GAA and an .886 save percentage at the AHL level this season. There is no word on whether Connor Ingram or Tristan Jarry is injured at this time.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Cruises to win Thursday
Ingram stopped 11 of 12 shots in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Ingram didn't have a lot of work Thursday in a game the Oilers dominated from start to finish, allowing him to end the season on a decent note with a win. The 29-year-old veteran went 5-4-1 with a 2.37 GAA and a .907 save percentage over his last 10 contests, though, and he figures to open the postseason as the No. 1 goaltender for Edmonton. He went 16-10-3 with a 2.60 GAA and an .899 save percentage through 32 appearances in the regular season.

Oilers' Ryan Nugent-Hopkins: Pots goal in regular-season finale
Nugent-Hopkins scored a power-play goal on four shots in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Nugent-Hopkins joined the party in the second period, scoring his 20th goal of the season at the 16:46 mark of that frame. The 33-year-old veteran has been skating on the second line, but it wouldn't be surprising if he sees a role change once Leon Draisaitl (lower body) returns to action during the playoffs. Nugent-Hopkins ended the regular season with 20 goals and 56 points across 72 contests, racking up 133 shots on goal, 25 hits and 31 blocked shots as well.

Oilers' Colton Dach: Two points Thursday
Dach recorded a goal, an assist, five PIM, four hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Dach missed 12 games between March 12 and April 4 due to an undisclosed injury, but he appeared in the Oilers' last five regular-season contests, tallying two goals and one assist. As good as the Oilers have been on offense all season long, Dach shouldn't be a reliable fantasy alternative as long as he continues to play in a bottom-six role. He recorded just four points (two goals, two assists) in eight appearances with Edmonton in the 2025-26 regular season after being acquired from the Blackhawks before the trade deadline.

Oilers' Matt Savoie: Registers hat trick Thursday
Savoie scored three goals, including one on the power play, in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Savoie ended a five-game goal drought in style, as he recorded his hat trick during the first 20 minutes of the game. The 22-year-old forward enjoyed an excellent rookie season in 2025-26, appearing in every game for the Oilers and racking up 37 points (18 goals, 19 assists) while ending the year on the first line alongside Connor McDavid. Savoie should continue to hold a top-six role for the Oilers in the postseason.

Oilers' Connor McDavid: Ends regular season in style
McDavid delivered four assists, including two on the power play, while taking three shots on goal and posting a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
McDavid entered this game tied with Nikita Kucherov for the NHL lead in helpers, but the former didn't waste much time showing off his playmaking, recording three assists by the time the first period ended, helping to set up each of Matt Savoie's goals. McDavid added his fourth and final assist on Ryan Nugent-Hopkins' power-play goal in the second frame. It was a fitting end of the regular season for McDavid, who finished the campaign as the league leader in points with 138, ranking first in assists (90) and third in goals (48).

Ingram has taken over as the No. 1 option in Edmonton and figures to lead the team into the postseason as well. Since the Olympic break, the 29-year-old backstop has played in 18 of the team's last 23 contests, posting a 9-6-2 record, 2.64 GAA and one shutout.
