The Twins selected Ross's contract from Triple-A St. Paul on Tuesday.
Ross has slashed .274/.378/.506 with 20 homers and 20 steals between Double-A Wichita and St. Paul this season to earn his first big-league promotion. The 25-year-old can play all over the diamond, giving the Twins depth at multiple positions.

Twins' Ben Ross: Ready for big-league debut
Ross is expected to have his contract selected from Triple-A Saint Paul ahead of Tuesday's game against the Tigers, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Ross is expected to join the Twins as one of the club's September call-ups when rosters expand Tuesday. He's slashing .249/.353/.458 with 15 home runs, 55 RBI, 13 stolen bases and 56 runs in 102 games in his first season at Triple-A and has primarily played third base, shortstop and center field for the Saints in 2026.
