Celtics' Dillon Mitchell: Out Saturday
Mitchell (rest) has been ruled out for Saturday's Summer League game against the Magic, John Karalis of BostonSportsJournal.com reports.
Mitchell will sit out the Celtics' Summer League finale, marking his second straight game on the inactive list for rest purposes. Over three Las Vegas Summer League outings, he averaged 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.7 steals, 1.3 assists and 1.3 blocks in 26.0 minutes per showing.

Celtics' Dillon Mitchell: Sitting out Wednesday
Mitchell (rest) is out for Wednesday's Summer League game against the Kings, per Bobby Krivitsky of Forbes.com.
The Celtics are managing the rookie second-rounder's reps Wednesday. Mitchell has made three Summer League appearances already, averaging 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.7 steals in 26.0 minutes per game.

Celtics' Dillon Mitchell: Scores 11 points in SL loss
Mitchell tallied 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four rebounds and two assists across 24 minutes in Monday's 102-90 Summer League loss to the Hawks.
Mitchell turned in an efficient performance from inside the arc and tied for second on the Celtics in scoring. The 40th overall pick in this year's draft has scored in double figures in each of his last two games, including a 24-point performance in the front end of this back-to-back set, after posting just four points on 2-of-6 shooting from the field in his Summer League debut.

Celtics' Dillon Mitchell: Nets 24 points with eight stocks
Mitchell erupted for 24 points (10-20 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, six steals and two blocks over 29 minutes during Sunday's 87-75 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Hornets.
Mitchell created numerous second-chance opportunities for the Celtics during Sunday's win, with seven of his eight rebounds coming on the offensive end, and he was a menace on defense. He racked up eight stocks in less than 30 minutes of floor time and finished with a plus-13 differential in the 12-point win.

The Celtics selected Mitchell with the No. 40 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
Mitchell is a versatile forward, mostly known for his defensive prowess. He made collegiate stops at Texas and Cincinnati before finishing his career with St. John's. He was a consistent starter throughout his college career, but he never took a major step forward statistically. However, over his final three campaigns, he averaged nearly 2.0 steals-plus-blocks per game.
