Abrams went 3-for-5 with a triple, three RBI, two runs and a steal during the Nationals' 10-4 extra-innings win over the Phillies on Wednesday.
Abrams kick-started the Nationals' six-run 10th inning with a two-run triple deep to center field before coming home on a sacrifice bunt. It was the 11th game this season that Abrams has driven in at least three runs, and his 88 RBI lead the majors. He also ranks eighth in both home runs (28) and OPS (.921) and 13th in both steals (21) and batting average (.290).

Nationals' CJ Abrams: Homers in loss
Abrams went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and three walks in Friday's 6-2 loss to Atlanta.
Abrams reached base in his first four plate appearances, and his performance was highlighted by a solo shot in the fourth inning. The 25-year-old entered the night on a 1-for-14 skid over his previous four games, but he'll finish a stellar July with a 1.150 OPS and 10 long balls over 23 games. For the season, he's slashing .290/.367/.563 with 28 homers, 83 RBI, 69 runs scored and 19 steals across 458 plate appearances.

The star shortstop has swiped four bags in the last five games, leaving Abrams one steal away from becoming the second player this season to reach the 20-20 plateau after the Cubs' Pete Crow-Armstrong (23 HR, 26 SB). Trade rumors have been swirling around Abrams, but it hasn't been a distraction -- over 19 games in July, he's delivered a .387/.424/.813 slash line with nine homers, six stolen bases, 14 runs and 22 RBI.

Abrams went 3-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Sunday's 10-7 win over the Diamondbacks.
It was Abrams' fourth career multi-homer game and his second of the season. The All-Star shortstop is on a remarkable power surge, blasting seven long balls in his last seven outings while hitting .567 (17-for-30) with 14 RBI during that span. Abrams also notably became the first National with seven homers in a seven-game period since Kyle Schwarber in 2021, and his 27 homers for the campaign have broken Ian Desmond's franchise record for the most in a season by a shortstop, per Patrick Stevens of MLB.com.

Abrams slugged a two-run shot to center field in the first inning and added another two-run blast in the third.
